I found that nowadays the most powerful fruit must be Golden Rose,a natural fruit derived from certain high mountains in southwest China.Its ORAC values as follows,
ORACLipo: 398umoleTE/L ORAChydro:651,613 umoleTE/L
SOD:20,000-25,000u/g
