Natural Fusion 7000+ ORAC Value

Hi everyone, my name is Helder Santos I am from Portugal and I have been using the Natural Fusion for two months now, it says that it has 7000+ ORAC value, I would like to know you opinions on this product and others similar

This is just another multi-level-marketing, only-sold-through-independent-distributor, stuff. From a consumer perspective this a HUGE red flag. Big scam and/or fraud alert. Incomplete and misleading information, no one really there to backup the product and stand behind it. Ask yourself why they are being sold this way, and there really aren't any compelling answers. There are more than enough comparable (at least on the surface) products made and sold through reputable and reliable channels that there is no reason to buy these with the associated risks and uncertainties (and pay for the privilege). This is essentially snake oil salesmen for the 21st century.

If you've been studying antioxidants, then you've probably heard of Dr. Joe McCord, who discovered the protein superoxide dismutase. Dr McCord has been nominated 4 times for a Nobel Prize and his breakthrough product, Prostandim is revolutionizing the Oxidative Stress field.
It doesn't really matter how high the ORAC value of a product is, the bottom line is that you are talking about a direct antioxidant which has a 1:1 relationship between molecules of free radicals and antioxidants, one molecule of antioxidant neutralizes one molecule of free radical.
Prostandim is an indirect antioxidant. It's a catalyst that stimulates the body's production of antioxidants at the rate of about 1 Million per second, all day long. How can a direct antioxidant compare to that?

You are right.

This is complete fraud. Look at their 'scientific proof' of an 'independant laboratory' : http://www.myffi.biz/FFI/Uploads/Documen...report.pdf - it is a fake Brunswick report, complete with signature of the head of the Lab, but they removed the Brunswick name and references, and then Photoshopped it a bit so it is now a very positive report of their product and there you go. These guys should be prosecuted.

I don't think you actually understand your own figures.

ORACvalue of 398 umole per liter means 0.398 p/gram (1 liter = 1000 grams)
ORACvalue of 651,613 umole per liter means ± 651 p/gram

The Oriveda Chaga extract has an ORAChydro value of 1,467 umole TE/gram - meaning it has over twice the power of your Golden Rose product.
