Anyone have any info on the antioxidants in jam or jelly? would most of them be destroyed during the heating process or some preserved?

Thanks so much SGM! Trader Joe's just started selling an "antioxidant jelly" consisting of morello cherry, red grape, pomegranate, and blueberry.
