Exclamation Difference between ORAC (µmol TE/100 ml) and µmol TE/100ml obtained from DPPH method?
Can anyone help me understanding that what is difference between ORAC score which is given as µmol TE/100g and a value obtained in the same unit by DPPH unit? Can we refer to the later value as ORAC score?Huh
